Within 2 working hours, Monday to Friday 9–5. Usually sooner. For genuinely urgent things, call directly — a real person will pick up during office hours, and existing clients on a maintenance contract can reach our out-of-hours line 24/7.
Do you cover my area? +
We primarily cover Lancashire and Greater Manchester, but we travel further for larger contracts and multi-site portfolio clients. If you're outside the area listed above, call us anyway — we'll tell you straight whether we can help or recommend someone who can.
I need something urgent today — what do I do? +
Call 0330 010 3347 — don't use the form. For existing clients on contract, that same number reaches our 24/7 emergency line. For new clients with something urgent, we'll do our best to get an engineer to you the same day where we can.
